During a special City Council Meeting on April 14, Mayor Patrick Woolley was sworn in by Judge Larry Cassil. Mayor Woolley takes office after a three term historical period for the City with Mayor Marietta Tardibono. Mr. Woolley won the Mayor's race with some 70% of the votes in a runoff election on April 7th. (photo by Barbara Anderson, TheTribune)
